HeelsUp mein hum believe karte hain ki shopping experience bilkul seamless hona chahiye. Agar kisi bhi reason se aap hamare product se satisfied nahi hain — size issue, quality concern, ya koi bhi problem — hum 7 days ke andar hassle-free return provide karte hain. Koi sawaal nahi puchha jaayega.

1 Overview

HeelsUp ki return policy ensure karti hai ki aapka shopping experience risk-free ho. Hum samajhte hain ki online shopping mein sometimes size ya color expect se alag nikalta hai — isliye humne is policy ko customer-first mindset ke saath design kiya hai.

Yeh policy sabhi products ke liye applicable hai jo heelsup.in se purchase kiye gaye hain. Third-party sellers ya offline stores par yeh policy apply nahi hoti.

2 Return Eligibility

Return request tab accept ki jaayegi jab:

  • Return request delivery ke 7 calendar days ke andar ki gayi ho
  • Product unused condition mein ho — pehna hua ya use kiya hua na ho
  • Original packaging (box, dust bag, tags) intact ho
  • Product ke saath original invoice/receipt ho
  • Product mein manufacturing defect, wrong size, ya wrong color deliver hua ho
  • Photos ke saath WhatsApp ya email par return request send ki gayi ho
Valid Return Reasons
  • Size galat deliver hua
  • Wrong color ya product deliver hua
  • Manufacturing defect (stitching, sole, etc.)
  • Product damaged condition mein received hua
  • Product photos se bilkul alag nikla

3 Non-Returnable Items

Kuch items return ke liye eligible nahi hain:

  • Products jo 7 days ke baad return request ki gayi ho
  • Worn ya used products (outdoor wear ke signs hone par)
  • Original packaging remove ki gayi ho ya damage ho
  • Sale / clearance items (specially marked "non-returnable")
  • Custom ya personalized orders
  • Hygiene-related products (socks, insoles) jo open ho
Important Note

Agar product return inspection mein used ya damaged condition mein found hota hai, to return reject kiya ja sakta hai aur product aapko wapas bhej diya jaayega. Shipping charges is case mein customer ke account honge.

4 Return Process — Step by Step

Return initiate karna bahut simple hai — yeh 4 easy steps follow karo:

Step 1 — Contact Us

WhatsApp (+91 9XXXXXXXXX) ya email (hello@heelsup.in) par contact karo. Order ID aur issue ki clear photos bhejo. 24 hours mein response milega.

Step 2 — Approval

Humari team aapki request review karegi aur 24-48 hours mein return approval / rejection communicate karegi.

Step 3 — Pack & Ship

Approval milne ke baad product original packaging mein pack karo. Humara courier partner pickup ke liye aayega (free pickup – Jodhpur). Other cities ke liye nearest courier par drop karna hoga.

Step 4 — Refund / Exchange

Product receive hone aur quality check ke baad 5-7 business days mein refund process ya exchange dispatch ho jaata hai.

6 Exchange Policy

Refund ke bajaye exchange prefer karna? Bilkul! Exchange process aur bhi easy hai:

  • Same product mein different size ya color ke liye free exchange
  • Different product ke liye price difference pay/refund kiya jaayega
  • Exchange request bhi 7 days ke andar karni hogi
  • Exchange dispatch product receipt ke 48 hours mein ho jaata hai

7 Damaged / Wrong Item Received

Agar aapko damaged ya wrong product deliver hua hai, to yeh aapki koi galti nahi hai. Hum immediately fix karenge:

  • Delivery ke same din photos kheechi aur WhatsApp par bhejo
  • Hum priority basis par replacement dispatch karenge
  • Shipping charges hum bear karenge — aapko kuch pay nahi karna
  • Agar replacement available nahi hai, full refund process hoga
