📋 Simple version: HeelsUp.in use karke aap in terms se agree karte ho. Agar koi term samajh nahi aaya — WhatsApp karo, hum explain karenge. Yeh terms aur aapke rights protect karte hain.

1 Acceptance of Terms

Yeh Terms & Conditions ("Terms") HeelsUp aur aapke beech ek legally binding agreement hai. Website access ya use karke, ya koi bhi purchase karke, aap automatically in terms se agree karte hain.

Agar aap 18 saal se kam age ke hain, please apne parent ya guardian ke supervision mein shopping karein. Hamari services 13+ age ke users ke liye designed hain.

Account Termination

HeelsUp reserve karta hai right ki kisi bhi account ko terminate kare bina notice diye agar Terms violation ho ya fraudulent activity detect ho.

3 Orders & Payments

Order Placement

Order place karna ek purchase offer hai. HeelsUp confirm karne ya cancel karne ka right rakhta hai. Order confirmation email/SMS milne par hi order confirmed mana jaayega.

Payment Methods

Hum accept karte hain: UPI (PhonePe, GPay, Paytm), Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), Net Banking, aur Cash on Delivery (selected pincodes). EMI available on orders above ₹1,999.

Order Cancellation

Order dispatch hone se pehle cancel kiya ja sakta hai. Dispatch ke baad return policy apply hogi. COD orders cancel karne ke liye WhatsApp par immediately contact karo.

Failed Payments

Payment failure hone par order automatically cancel ho jaata hai. Payment deduct hua to 3-5 business days mein auto-refund process hoga.

All prices Indian Rupees (INR) mein hain aur GST inclusive hain
Prices bina notice ke change ho sakte hain (market conditions ke hisaab se)
Order place karne ke waqt jo price tha wohi final hoga
Coupon codes sirf specified validity period tak valid hain
Ek order par sirf ek coupon apply hoga
Pricing errors ke case mein HeelsUp order cancel karne ka right rakhta hai

Sale Offers: Sale prices limited time ke liye hain. "Up to X% off" ka matlab hai kuch selected products par maximum discount — poore collection par nahi. Advertised offers withdrawal ka right HeelsUp rakhta hai.

5 Shipping Terms

Free shipping: ₹499+ ke orders par pan-India
Standard delivery: 3–7 business days (city to city vary karta hai)
Jodhpur same-day delivery: select orders ke liye (check availability)
Delivery dates estimated hain — guarantee nahi ki ja sakti
Incorrect address dene par re-delivery charges applicable
Parcel refuse karna order cancellation maana jaayega

Delivery Attempt

3 delivery attempts ke baad parcel warehouse return ho sakta hai. Re-delivery ke liye shipping charges applicable honge. 15 days mein collect nahi kiya to order cancel ho jaayega aur refund COD ke liye nahi milega.

6 Intellectual Property

HeelsUp website ki sabhi content — images, logos, product descriptions, brand name, design — HeelsUp ki intellectual property hai ya licensed hai.

Content copy, reproduce ya distribute karna prohibited hai
HeelsUp brand name commercial use ke liye unauthorized hai
Product images personally pin/save kar sakte hain — commercial use nahi
Reviews aur UGC content post karke aap HeelsUp ko usage rights dete hain

7 Prohibited Conduct

Website use karte waqt yeh activities strictly prohibited hain:

False, misleading ya fraudulent orders place karna
Multiple fake accounts banana discount/offer abuse ke liye
Automated tools, bots ya scripts use karna
Defamatory, abusive ya threatening behavior
Spamming reviews ya fake testimonials post karna
Website security bypass karne ki koshish karna
Competitor intelligence gathering ke liye systematic data scraping

⚠️ Violation consequences: In activities ke result mein account permanent ban, pending orders cancel, aur legal action ho sakta hai. Fraud cases police complaint ke saath handle kiye jaayenge.

8 Limitation of Liability

HeelsUp maximum liability product purchase price tak limited hai. Hum liable nahi hain:

Indirect, incidental ya consequential damages ke liye
Third-party courier delays ya losses ke liye
Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.)
Customer द्वारा incorrect information provide karne se hone wale losses
Unauthorized account access (agar customer negligence se hua ho)

HeelsUp best efforts karta hai ki website hamesha available aur accurate ho, lekin 100% uptime ya error-free operation guarantee nahi di ja sakti.

9 Governing Law & Disputes

Yeh Terms Indian law ke under governed hain. Jurisdiction:

Pehle hum friendly resolution try karenge
Unresolved disputes arbitration ke through settle honge
Consumer disputes Consumer Forum mein file kiye ja sakte hain
